After roughly three weeks of unprecedented hype, Jay-Z’s new album "Magna Carta Holy Grail” is available nationwide today (July 9). His 12th studio solo effort is a personal one. From jump, the usually guarded rap mogul mentions his daughter Blue Ivy Carter, only to be followed by series of revelations buried with the set’s 16 cuts.

Jay and Justin Timberlake break into Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit" when rhyming about the pitfalls of fame and the damage it can do to a psyche on the album's first track, "Holy Grail."
